The server's IP address was included in the References spam mailing list. How to fix the situation?

Hello.
I received a message from the hosting provider:
"Abuse Message: AbuseNormal: Unwanted e-mail (spam) in unknown language was sent from [(left ip)]. The sender uses host [(left ip)], and references the web-sites [( our ip )], [(left ip)], [(left ip)], and [(left ip)]"
At the same time, they threaten to block the server.
I so understand that it is a question of heading References. The exim4 mail server is installed on the server.
How could this happen and how can you influence the situation?

@MechanID

1 check your mail server for the presence of an open relay, if there is, repair / eliminate.
2 if the abuse contains sites that point to your IP. If you have them, then you need to delete them.

This is a normal situation when a mail server is raised according to manuals from the Internet without setting it up correctly. turn off the server and try to contact support
