The server on the GCP lags. How to fix?

Installed on GCP Windows server 16. When using the server, it lags a lot, wild delays. At the same time, the server works smoothly and flawlessly from another device. Also, all letters are pixelated, while the screen expansion does not allow changing. I use with MacBook Air 13'. If anyone can help me figure it out, I'd be grateful.
