The sequence of developing a web project (site), all the applied PLs (frameworks, modules, etc.)?

Greetings!
Prologue
I recently started learning web development, for some reason I wanted to work in the back end, although for a start (I have my own small project in my mind) it’s enough with a head of HTML & CSS (which I don’t know, but I read the Big Book of CSS) and a third-party web designer. But over time, other projects creep into my head, for the implementation of which I have no idea at all.
Well, the question
How is the arranged interaction of the team when writing a project (case / other) from a piece of paper to its final form for visitors. Interested in everything, at least and at most the number of people interacting in the team (All types of PL and with what they interact, designers, etc.). I am also interested in how much time from 100% is spent on one or another part of the project. Which of the teams of developers / design / copywriters (and those whom I did not list) what amount of 100% on average receives.
Also, for beginners like me, besides online learning resources, there are real ("physical" teams) free of charge, well, they teach you so that later you work for them and perform the whole routine until the Nth period, and then maybe for bread will give a place in the team (this is ideally) ....
Of course, I would like to use the example of some kind of case that was a description, but you can also describe your team and what projects you are working on and coping with.
Epilogue
Why do I need this? First of all for myself, I like good and useful web projects. Also, ideally, I would like to master the entire web kitchen in 3-4 years and get a job as a teacher at school, since we really don’t have computer science teachers in the republic, but maybe I can give something to schoolchildren and maybe students (I served as an example "The last lecture" by Randy Pausch, when he talked about the current, how he let students interact ...) All this is of course rosy, but time will tell ....
A few words about myself
26 years old, with mathematics / algebra (someone says that this is important in PL) I'm friends, but I don't remember much))
I look forward to your answers and advice.
Good for all!

You need to do the project alone first, then the project together with a friend dividing the responsibilities. There, enlightenment will come gradually how to do projects in a team and what is required for this.
The team is a temporary phenomenon. everyone in it is guided by personal interests. So you, for example, grow up and leave the team. There is no percentage of 100% work either for wages or for nothing (their temporary motives). There are no commands, throw this myth out of your head for a start))
