The second project in the solution is not githubized. What to do???

Problem.
There is a project, a library of components. Under it, a repository was created, and the integration of the studio with the github was configured. Everything deploys fine. No problem.
There is a working working project, it was necessary to pick up a library of components to it, the project itself has a separate repository, integration on github is also configured.
I add a library to the working project as "Add an existing project", and the problems begin. It is added, but the github integration system does not "feel" it.
You can, of course, in a working project, cling a link to a binary assembly. And make changes and improvements to the components by switching between projects. But the soul wants comfort, so that everything is at hand in one solution.
