The search engine gives a different description for different key queries from the same page. How to change it?

Greetings professionals :)
Site. sib-nsk.net , upon request in Google, "LLC SIB" issues - Information security systems throughout Russia.
But on request "sib-nsk.net" gives the address and another description of the contacts. and it is required that the first option would be displayed anyway.

No way, Google decides which description to show

Did your description change recently? Because the phrase Information security systems throughout Russia is not in your description. And Google pulled it out from somewhere, apparently, after indexing.
As an option - first connect the site to the Google Search Console, change the description to the one you need - Information security systems throughout Russia - and send the main page for indexing through the "View as Google Bot" function in the Search Console. At my site, for all requests, the description is given exactly the one that is registered.
