The same nicknames|names on Youtube - can there be problems?

Today, after uploading a number of videos to my Youtube account, one of the videos received a comment from a user with the same account name as me, demanding to delete the channel.
www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bk_swZjW1eA - video with commentary.
www.youtube.com/channel/UCgP6o1t22Bfs0WpYHOdpExQ - account of the user who wrote the comment.
However, my account has been in existence since 2010, while the person's account has been in existence since 2014.
Due to concerns about the possible deletion of my account and my videos, I wrote to Youtube support about this situation.
An attempt to find information in a Google search about such cases failed.
As a result, there are a number of questions:
- As a result, the existence of the same names of accounts, channels and other names of users is allowed?
- Is it possible to delete an older account with the same name as a newer one (by date of registration)?
- Does it make sense to write to a user with the same account name about the situation and options for solving it (in other words, offer to negotiate)?

In any case, your channel has already been created.
Do I understand correctly that "Gameruni -> madonna -> Madonna" is the same person?
They showed you that there are the same channel names on YouTube :)
