The RPC server is unavailable, where to dig?

Greetings.
The initial problem is as follows - I can’t connect to one specific computer on the local network (a network with a domain) through Performance Monitor, it gives an error that the RPC server is not available
. In the logs, it shows that the DCOM module received an error from this computer {03837521-098B- 11D8-9414-505054503030} and id 10006.

Google boils down to the main points:

all services related to RPC must work, this is done by
IPV6. The connection is
configured, the computer pings both by ip and by name.
The firewall does not block anything, port 135 is open.

In AD settings uchetok computers and users are all the same.
By the way, it connects to this computer via remote desktop without problems, the problem is only through the performance monitor (perfmon)

Actually, I don’t know where else to look
