Good afternoon.
Your thesis will make sense if you follow the path of science. But even in this case, you are likely to enter graduate school and the role of work will also not be high. In all other cases, the thesis topic practically does not affect anything. As well as the assessment (unless of course you study in the TOP 10 world universities). But then most likely you would not ask such a question :)
Nuuuuuu.. how would I say it ... in theory .. yes. If the topic of your work is related to the profile of the company - yes. In the remaining 99 cases out of 100 - do not care.
Employers mostly look at resumes in the hh.ru format, there is not a word about a diploma there.
But for example, on the trudvsem.ru resource, when filling out a resume, you need to fill in the diploma number and the topic of the thesis.
And indeed ... if the topic of your thesis coincides with the vacancy for which you are aiming, then it will play an important role. And so, as Dmitry Kovalsky said above, in the rest - all this is not necessary.
If you get your first job, then as an experience you can tell at least about the thesis :) and so - a red diploma or a green one, and what was the topic of the thesis - no one cares.
Generally don't care. Choose from two options:
1. A topic that can be easily done with the left hand and passed without problems. Spend most of your time on more important things.
2. An interesting topic for you, with which you can dig and expand your horizons.
You go to the company you are applying for and ask what you need. And so, without experience, no one needs you after the university. For employment, you go through practice every year at the university
