Is it possible to study a master's degree in another specialty abroad?

I am now in the 3rd year of the specialty "mechanical engineering", I do programming as a hobby and additional income, it's time to think about the future.
Is it possible to get a bachelor's degree in my specialty and go to a master's program only in another specialty (I want to get a programmer's specialty) and is it possible to get it abroad? maybe someone had a similar experience?
