The red battery light on the taskbar is blinking, but the battery is working properly. What is the problem?
A laptop. I replaced the battery with a new one, but which lay for about a year. At the start of 0% charge, after charging up to 100%. The battery has 0% wear. It works correctly, without any complaints, except that the red cross in the taskbar blinks. I deleted the ACPI driver, did several full charge and discharge cycles, there is no calibration in the BIOS, I tried to hold the start button without a network and without a battery for 30 seconds. Nothing helped.

If the standard calibration methods did not help, it looks like you have a good controller. Take it to a service.
