Hello everyone, there was an interruption in access to the server for a couple of hours. After that, everything worked, but a few hours later, one provider in my country lost access to the site. Any other provider comes in, but this one doesn't. The most interesting thing is that I can easily log in by IP and I can also go to the second site on this server, but this particular one seems to be blocked, this is not the first time and access is usually lost for 1-3 hours. What can be wrong?

DNS cache most likely. But it is better to take out the brains on this subject to the administrators of the provider.
