The project for sorting new photos that disappeared from Habr is being searched

About a year ago, maybe a little more, I came across a post on Habré about a great idea for sorting new photos on a phone or tablet.

Here's how it was described:
Photos exported from a digital (SLR) camera were packed in the form of an archive (the photo was clearly reduced).
Further, the Android application allowed sorting photos from this archive: marking them for deletion, setting tags or ratings, etc.

From the android device, the archive (or maybe another smaller file) was dumped onto the computer and everything done with the thumbnails was done with the main files - the excess was deleted, the other was moved, etc.

Now I can not find a post on Habré or an application in the market.

Question: Does anyone know anything about this project? Is it out of sight and being made as a commercial product?

Perhaps someone knows such applications?

FOR PC: Somehow I formatted the hard ones, restored the photos to one folder (30GB). Wrote a program, she EXIVF read something and scattered them into folders (folder name - file date). if you have a photo in one folder and you need to scatter it by date, then I can share it.
