I study in the 10th grade, I want to go into game development or programming (I read that a programmer in game development is not so in demand, machines are fast to execute any crooked code). Education at school is not very good, there is no way to go to another school. The question arises whether it is worth learning programming languages, etc., i.e. self-education, or is it still to prepare for the Unified State Examination and try to score the maximum score, what would be in a good university on a budget?
PS I can't sit around my parents' neck and beg for money.

It doesn't matter the path you choose. What matters is how you get through it.
Self-education is the key to any profession. No one will ever teach you anything. Forget about it, everyone is on their own.
How do you think people from the most shabby places become great? Labor.
Learn what is interesting. Do you want GameDev? No problem. It's autumn now, winter and spring are ahead. Get down to Java or Swift. Write an application by the summer and place it in the store. There are 2 ways to get an education:
1) By the push method - this is when they push you into it, although it does not fit and you resist. This approach is used by all formal structures of education - schools, colleges, universities.
2) The pull method is when you yourself eagerly seek and study what you are really interested in and need.
