The same program opens differently on different computers on one win 7 on another win 10. The image in the program window when you open it on win 7 goes beyond the window, stretching and opening to full screen do not help. Tried updating drivers, changing resolution and font size - nothing helped.

Perhaps the required font is not available in windows 7, and 'similar in spelling' (or some kind of default) is substituted, which has completely different sizes.
ps this is what this application is written on?

Maybe it's the font settings. By itself, the text of the full name and Protocol number, etc. could not become bold. In Windows 10, it is possible to change the font for individual elements.
