The program for tracking the performance of the PC?

For the last half a year, I began to notice that I was stupidly stuck on YouTube.
Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name, but I used to use a program that recorded how many hours I worked productively and how much I was distracted. Please tell me the name. I am also looking for programs for the self-discipline of a task scheduler that will resemble tasks with the possibility of deleting from the list and stuff like that.

You can call the second replay immediately after the first, not optimization of course, but a shorter record
s = s.replace(...).replace(...)

Toggl is interesting and handy, but ManicTime isn't bad either. In general, I recommend sticking less on YouTube))
From the lists of tasks for crossing out, I recommend ticktick or todoist.

https://www.rescuetime.com/ - a couple of settings, then everything is on the machine. It is very strange that no one wrote about him.
