The processor is 32 bit, but the software is amd64 and everything works. Why?
There is a 32-bit processor, judging by the description of support for 64-bit instructions - no.
ark.intel.com/en/products/27182/Intel-Celeron-Proc...
On computer "uname -a" :
Linux hostname 4.5.0-0.bpo.1-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.5.1-1 ~bpo8+1 (2016-04-20) x86_64 GNU/Linux
+ 64-bit software from repositories installed.
And everything works!
Until a segfault occurs with libc-2.19.so and one or the other, the application crashes.
Is it somehow related to the architecture of the processor and the capacity of the software?

On a 32-bit processor, a 64-bit kernel would simply not boot. Either the model is different, or there is a typo on the Intel website.
You also have x64 OS, so you have exactly x64 percent.
Segfolt has nothing to do with it. Here you need to deal with software and dependencies.
