There is a program in the corporate network written on NetFramework, on some computers an error occurs in its operation.
When checking, it was found that the files on the disk are being blocked by the SYSTEM process with PID 4.
Since this is a system process, it is not possible to terminate it.
Therefore, at the moment, the only solution is to restart the computer every time this problem occurs.
How to force the given process to release the given file and free up memory.
