The problem with the CNC in the news in Bitrix, how to set it up?

Dear Bitrix experts, cms, tell me why the CNC of news in Bitrix may not work.

In the settings of the bitrix:news component,
the cnc directory: blog/
detailed view: #ELEMENT_CODE#/
in the info block settings is the same
cnc directory: blog/
detailed view: #ELEMENT_CODE#/

When I go to the detailed news, I see an empty page "Site map"

Where can there be an error, in which direction to "dig"?

Check:

1. In the info block settings: URL of the detailed view page: #SITE_DIR#/blog/#ELEMENT_CODE#/
   
2. In "Settings>Product settings>Address processing>Processing rules" re-create the processing rules
   
3. The info block has general read permissions
   
4. Elements have a symbolic code

and in the settings, leave everything by default

Has the rule in urlrewrite.php been created?
Are the routes and SEF_FOLDER specified in the component parameters?
