Online chat in an online store on Bitrix?

Functionality :
1.Chat should allow any (authorized and unauthorized) users to comment on the news, and the Administrator to answer these questions.
2. For unauthorized users, it should be possible to leave an e-mail address to receive an answer to a question.
3. Pre-moderation of created questions should be performed. Publication of questions should be carried out only after its approval by the Administrator.
4. The administrator should be notified of new questions by e-mail.
5. The Administrator in the Administrator Control Panel should be able to answer questions.
6. The user who previously created a question about the product should be notified by e-mail about the appearance of the answer.
On which of the components would it be better to make such a chat?
I know that the social network functionality (available in the Expert and Business editions) has a good chat, but is it worth taking it, or maybe there are better solutions on the marketplace.
