I tried to install react-native-fs , after 1000 unsuccessful attempts, I tried to install rn-fetch-blob , I constantly get a similar error. After reading the answers on the forms, I came to the conclusion that it is necessary to manually connect the library modules to the project.
Both in the first and in the second library, an example of manual configuration is attached, but I don’t have those folders that are in the example! For example, settings.gradle

what version of ReactNative?
