The problem of exchanging the 1C database with the site, why does it give an error?

There is an online store on openCart and a 1C database. The problem is as follows - there is a 1C database of about 12k items, in the unloading settings the quantity of goods is set to more than 0, i.e. just in stock, as a result, it simultaneously loads about 5.5k of goods. The database is configured in such a way that before unloading a new database, the old database is deleted (this is due to the specifics of the activity). Sometimes, after a time, a similar error occurs:
An error occurred on the server side. Exchange failed Server response:
06/20/2017 08:23:29 Session start 06/20/2017 08:23:29 Loop 1 06/20/2017 08:23:29 Processing C:\Users\user1\AppData\Local\Temp\2\1cbitrix 06/20/2017 08: 40:20 NOT UNLOADED!!! 06/20/2017 08:40:20 Cycle 2 06/20/2017 08:40:20 Session
end Unloading of goods completed with errors!!!
What could be the problem? Please tell me, because We have already tried everything that is possible, but the bug is not treated. There is a bunch of server on which 1C - hosting.

Tiur : Given the floating nature of the error, this could be a connection timed out.
In other words. Go to your web server settings and increase the connection timeout and allowable file upload size. By the way, I don’t know what version of the platform you have, but earlier they had an interesting glitch - in the packet headers when sending files, a random size was indicated and in some cases there was an error 413.
