The problem is with the EFI file system. What to do?

mac is not loaded, when checking with the utility it gives such an error .. what should I do? I click fix but nothing changes. Thank you

If the hard drive is many years old, check for special errors. utilities for fixing bad sectors. It may have started to crumble.
