The problem is that the mouse and keyboard do not work, what should I do?

Hello everyone, I bought a monoblock from Dell, an Inspiron 3277 model on the i7-7 generation, I had Windows 10, but I had to install Windows 7 for certain reasons, as a result I got Windu with non-working peripherals (mouse, keyboard), but the catch is that Mouse and keyboard work, but only in BIOS. There are no options in the BIOS like enable, disable USB, in general there are no usefulnesses associated with USB ports. Installing the drivers didn’t help either, I installed Windows 7 only by restoring using the image via Acronis, since it doesn’t work in the usual way for the same reason (the mouse and keyboard turn off), which you can advise.
