(windows is on another partition - 1 hard drive 2 partitions)
And after that I have Revoot and select proper boot device
or insert boot media in selected voot device
Can I reset it like this? And restore windows.

You most likely killed the boot sector - Google to the rescue.
On XP there was a fixboot, fixmbr - under 7+ its own utility, I don't remember the exact name.
