After looking at many sources of information offering learning ActionScript3, I settled on the book "Colin Mook ActionScript3".
I started to study the book, but ran into the problem of not understanding the code. I can read it, but some lines lead to a stupor, It seems that I understand everything, but at the same time, no.
Do I need to repeat the lines of code over and over again until the "insight" comes, or should I turn to another learning source of information?

Colin Mook is one of the best writers. Mustread definitely. What exactly do you not understand? Perhaps you should start with more fundamental knowledge first, or generally practice in a language with a lower entry threshold (php, for example)? Or try to start commenting on every line of incomprehensible code, gradually learn to understand what it does.
