Wolfram Mathematica 8. Problems with Russian language encoding?

When trying to save to *.pdf or *.rtf, instead of the expected "(*INITIAL DATA*)" I get lines like "(*I18C! X%O1eD14H1dY+E15 D14A10H1dH1dY+E15*)".
When saving to *.html, everything is OK.
Thus, a problem with encoding emerges, and where it is exposed in this wonderful program is completely unknown. Help did not help, Google did not help either. Connoisseurs help out, eh?

I have been working in Mathematica for some time, and only now I noticed this problem. I always sent the output through a virtual pdf printer, so I had no problems with pdf ... But there are no ideas about rtf yet.

This issue is resolved in version 10.0.1
