The "PRINT" button is not active when sending a letter with an html template. With what can be connected?

Good afternoon!
There is a certain html letter template in which the "print" button has been added.
Through unisender, I uploaded the template and made changes, but when sending test emails, the button became inactive.
Something went wrong? Can anyone come across?
