The power supply turns off after a while, how to fix it?
Computer turned off. To check what was wrong, I took the power supply unit and connected the green and black wires, it moved for a second, then got up again, in order to start it after such a spontaneous shutdown, you have to connect the contacts (black and green) many times until the cooler starts up, in what could be the problem??

The PSU goes into defense or cannot start up and ... well, in general, it also goes into defense. A possible and common cause is the failure of electrolytic capacitors - replacement solves the problem completely.
It does not look like a problem with the PWM controller in terms of symptoms.
The most logical option is overheating or the PSU does not draw iron. Not enough power. Another option is large overloads in the outlet
