When you click on the test option, a pop-up window opens and redirects to the main one.
I think the conflict is in JS, but I can't find it.

Why do you have everything wrapped in a form tag ? Clicking on the button ( button ) submits the form.
I suggest not wrapping it in a form tag .
But if for some reason this is still necessary, then you need to assign the type="button" attribute to the buttons .
