The PC does not see and does not read the RAM?

The system does not want to see and read the new RAM at all. DDR3 type. Old modules work both in place and separately . There are three modules, of which two are 1GB each and one is 4, which is not working. 64bit system. I've tried reinstalling the bios and nothing seems to help. I tried to run one module (for 4), so the PC does not work, that is, it does not display an image on the monitor. At the moment, there are all three, and in the "information about the computer" it displays only 2GB .. And who, here, knows what to do?

Well, for starters, find out if the RAM module is compatible with the motherboard. (Memory QVL for your motherboard)
