Incompatibility of RAM and motherboard?

Hello guys, this is my first time, so I decided to apply.
There is a Dell Inspiron 3542 Black
laptop It has memory: Hynix HMT451S6AFR8A
Bought: Kingston KVR13LSE9/8 There
is one memory slot, I'm trying to expand it to 8 GB.
But inserting this memory, the laptop does not even start.
By pressing ON. there is a feeling of starting, and then a sound, as if the cooler goes out and that's it.

The memory manufacturer's website has a list of compatible systems.
www.kingston.com/us/memory/search/?partid=KVR13LSE9/8
Your laptop is not listed.
The reason is that your laptop is not compatible with ECC memory.

Not every laptop supports 8 GB memory sticks, have you looked at the documentation for the laptop, what is the maximum memory supported there?

This is memory for compact servers and workstations. It was necessary to take without ECC.
