The page was not found when setting up the CNC in bitrix:catalog. Why?

Please tell me what I'm missing.

I'm trying to set up the CNC for bitrix:catalog. I generated character codes for all products and sections, in the infoblock settings on the "fields" and "section fields" tabs I marked "mandatory" and "check for uniqueness". In the component settings, I turned on the CNC and indicated the following:

Каталог ЧПУ (относительно корня сайта): /produktsiya/
Раздел: #SECTION_CODE#/
Детальная информация: #SECTION_CODE#/#ELEMENT_CODE#/

In the links in the menu, I change the ID to the symbolic code of the section, but when I go, I get "Page not found".
