The page is crawled by the robot, but is not in the search - how to add a site to Yandex search?

I made up the site kerch-voda.rf, placed it on the hosting, added it to the search engines.
But in the Yandex webmaster, he writes - The page is crawled by a robot, but is not in the search.
How to add a site to the search? Is there anything that needs to be changed on the site?

Eh, I remember when I worked as a km/marketer :).
First of all, I recommend creating two files:
You don’t have the first one from the word at all, the second one is crooked, it contains one http://www.kerch-voda.rf/tel:+7(918)650-78-33 with a 404 response.
Yandex recommendations for:
Without them, the site, of course, will also be indexed, but it will take much longer to do it. In addition, "garbage" can get into the index (which will later give a warning in the webmaster "page with little useful content", I once forgot to close several directories and got a filter - I got out of it for 2-3 weeks).
You can check what is currently in the index by typing in the search engine site: {site name}:
PS to further speed up indexing, in yandex.webaster (I don’t remember if there is such a section in the google console or not):
1. After creating a sitemap, add it in the section: "Indexing-Sitemap Files" a link to the map
2. After creating robots .txt, check it: "Tools-Robots.txt Analysis"
3. In the "Indexing" - "Monitoring important pages" section, add the pages that you want to see in the search.
This is the very basis that must be done immediately after the removal of the ban on indexing. Further, you can already look in the direction of turbo pages and amp, the creation of micro-markup (op, schema).
