The new PC freezes, monitor problems occur, and more problems ...?
We bought components for a PC, immediately ordered an assembly (DNS) in the store. Before describing the problems, I will describe the configuration:
Processor - intel core i5 10400
Video adapter -
built-in Motherboard - MSI MAG TOMAHAWK B460 Standart ATX
Oper.p - 2 sticks of 8 GB, A-data 3000 MHz
SSD - Samsung 860 EVO 500 GB
HDD - WD Blue 1 TB
PSU - CoolerMaster 650W MWE White
CPU cooler - ID-Cooling SE-224-XT
Fans - DeepCool CF-120(3 for intake, 1 for exhaust)
Peripherals:
Monitor - HPx24c
Mouse - Plain Bloody for 1k
Windows on SSD, license bought for 1t.r not official.
Problems:
1. Monitor.
a) The monitor does not turn on with the PC, that is, you always have to turn it on from the button on the monitor. If you turn off only the PC, a sign will appear on the screen: "No HDMI signal". Thought it could be configured in the settings, but nothing happened.
b) Then often the PC does not respond to mouse clicks. That is, you need to press 10 times to turn on the same Steam.
c) I don’t know how critical it is, but the monitor heats up more than the PC.
2. Freeze
Once the PC got stuck in the game StandOff. There was no reaction to either the mouse or the keyboard (they could not even turn on the Task Manager).
Only turning off the PC helped.
3. Memory.
Trying to go to one of the sites in the Yandex browser, the site simply did not load. And above the inscription: "Lack of space in RAM."
With my 16 GB
Changing the browser to Chrome helped.
4. Hard drive.
In Explorer, the hard one for some reason changed the icon.
5. SSD.
Trying to leave only Windows on the SSD, and so that everything else was only on the HDD, I did some kind of absurdity: I went to properties> location> and indicated the HDD
Moved "Music" and "Pictures" in the explorer to the "supposedly" Hard disk.
And now look at the picture: I click on "Music", and it displays all those files that are on the HDD.
Moving back to "default" is no longer possible - it requires rights. I could not set the rights.
PS - drive "C" - SSD, drive "D" - Hard drive.
But even move it back - after all, the Program files and the rest will be on the SSD. How to set up correctly?
6. Games.
Low ping in the COP (the most common network adapter costs 600r, maybe the problem is in it, but this is not certain).
Well, the rest of the problems in games, I think, are unambiguously related to the lack of a video card.
7. Periodic problems with the microphone.
8. The appearance of BLACK STRIPS when working in Word.
Previously, when games were turned on in the background, I thought it was because of the lack of video memory, because it is only 1GB. But then, even when there were no games, stripes also appeared. Microsoft Office is pirated. Stripes appear in random places of various sizes, lasting about 0.5-1 sec.
9. Setting 144 Hz
In the settings, the maximum that I can choose from the proposed one is 120 Hz. And the monitor supports 144 Hz. Monitor connected to motherboard via HDMI 2.0
I will provide all the screenshots you need. If you know the solution to any of the problems - please write in the comments.
I apologize in advance for any mistakes.
