The network card wakes up the computer regularly. How to stop it?

After the computer (Win10x64) goes into hibernation, the network card wakes it up regularly (several times a day). Disabling the checkbox "Allow this device to wake the computer from standby" helps, but only until the reboot, because after the reboot it turns on again. How can I solve this problem without pulling out the network wire every time? Maybe you can change some parameter in the registry at each boot? Or disable the script...

About the network card. It is clear that connections pass through it, but there may be some kind of program in the background that breaks into the network. It may be trite, but for example, my laptop constantly wakes up - Telegram. I mean even when no messages arrive. Before going to sleep, try closing unnecessary programs, especially those that are sitting in the tray. You can experiment and close one at a time, then go to sleep. Then you will understand what constantly awakened him.
