The namespace of connected assemblies is not connected, what's the problem?

I connected the VkNet library to the console project, and when creating the VkApi class, the studio swears that the DependencyInjection.Abstractions library is not connected.
I connected everything via Nuget, but for some reason the DependencyInjection.Abstractions namespace is not available, why is this happening?

It is necessary to compile VkNet and connect it as a ready-made assembly

In the project section links. Look there. I had a similar problem. I just had to connect myself.
