The most convenient project management system?

I apologize in advance for the hackneyed question, but unfortunately I myself can not come to an unambiguous solution
The bottom line is this - there is a small team (6 people), we have been working together for 6 years, the relationship has developed friendly and warm, the team is perfectly coordinated and well-coordinated. The scope of work is the development of casual games for social networks and mobile platforms. However, recently there has been a need for some structuring of work - part of the team is located in Poland, part in Fremont (California) - there is a gap in time, which greatly affects the schedule and, as a result, productivity, there are difficulties with delegating tasks between departments. We currently use teamwork.com, but would like a lighter and simpler system that would not make task management so monstrous, but at the same time would help increase efficiency and solve current performance problems.
I apologize for some confusing question, I hope for your wise advice

I recently discussed writing such as a website. The customer is embarrassed by the price tag, but it seems to me that this is a way out for a large company. I will not name prices, since the cost can walk completely in different zeros, depending on the functionality.
Perhaps if you have programmers, it's worth pissing it in your free minutes. And do what is right for you. In any case, ready-made solutions are usually too general and aimed at the mass market. So write the ideal system only for yourself.
Take a framework where there are RBAC and ui widgets and go ahead.

Trello. Very fast application in the Cloud, there are applications for any mobile platform. After 2 hours of study, even a beginner will figure it out.
There are color marks (as in Western car services on cars), you can set personal tasks and control deadlines.
There are no statistics, but if you correctly make the columns - then the project, it just moves and you can see when someone does not do something.
If you have a report for your superiors and where there is about loot, look for anything with a Gantt chart. At one time, we were looking for a long time and settled on a paid (5 ye per month) TimeDoctor.
Expanded statistics
Time control
Screenshots from the desktop
When you upload all this to a client via e-mail, his roof goes to hell. He is willing to pay for such a detailed analysis of everything that has been done.
You can see how the project is going
You can show your project to the public to demonstrate the transparency of your work
You can see who did what tasks and which ones they put the bolt on
Your project is moving, because in this board it is very easy to manage your tasks and not lose anything.
Do not thank :)

Trello + extension for it: Plus For Trello Another important feature of Trello, which has not yet been mentioned here, is an excellent official mobile version (at least for Android , I have not personally tried iOS). Well , Plus For Trello makes Trello generally sweet. Originally a Chrome extension
advantages of Trello have already been described in some detail here, and in fact, having tried it in a dozen different systems, I definitely chose it for its combination of simplicity and flexibility. There are no less simple types of BaseCamp or Teamer already mentioned here (not at night)) but they lose a lot in flexibility, i.e. limit the possibilities that are most often needed in a more or less serious project. On the other hand, there are many systems that are difficult to either deploy or master, written by "strangers to predators", with which it will take more time to get the whole team to understand them (especially if not everyone in it is geeks), which saves from their use (I will not point a finger so as not to strengthen the holivar, everyone who has already plunged into such at least once knows what I mean)).
, which adds time tracking, reports and many different convenient and useful features. Made very conveniently, so that very few simple actions are added to the usual use of Trello, and the result is a bunch of new features. Of these, I like reports and Burn-down charts with filtering for anything and grouping the most. You can track estimated, used and remaining time for each task or user or tag or for the whole project, etc.
At the same time, all this is free, open, with localization and is developing and supported very quickly (updates every 1-2 weeks).
There is also an application for Android , which is still behind the extension in terms of functionality, but is also developing.
