The most appropriate translation of the word "edits": correction VS revisions?

Before people start throwing stones at me, I will clarify: yes, I googled, but did not find a satisfactory answer. I even looked for memes that the customer brought a new batch of edits, but to no avail.

Google translate indicates that there are such translations: correction and revisions.

Which of them (or not only them) is the most accurate when it comes to IT, about freelancing?

"Relevance" depends on the context, and "IT and freelancing" is a very broad context.
