The most appropriate and easy to understand machine learning book for a beginner?

I decided to keep up with the fashion trend and improve my knowledge with materials on machine learning. I even figured out where I can apply it in the future) On this topic at the moment I am a complete zero. Please advise the book, which for me should be the first on this difficult path.

Today, for a start , I would recommend:
Principles of Data Science + Hands-On Data Science and Python Machine Learning
If there is a need / desire to quickly “pull up” knowledge of NumPy and Pandas , I recommend Python for Data Analysis / 2nd Edition
Success.

You can take a look at Rogers & Girolami:
https://www.amazon.com/Course-Machine-Learning-Pat...
The emphasis is on algorithms, not lengthy listings.
