The monitor does not turn on, is it the power supply?

At some point, I turned on the computer, but the Samsung t220g monitor (12 years from the date of purchase) did not turn on (the power signal does not blink either). Until recently, the monitor began to behave strangely: after turning on the computer, it turned on with a delay, sometimes it could simply make the image dark (the problem was solved by restarting the computer). The first advice on the Internet was to check the capacitors on the monitor, and it was done. Upon opening, it was found that two capacitors were swollen and therefore were replaced, but after the replacement, the monitor did not work, the polarity is correct, the capacitors are new, what could be the problem?

Replace all capacitors. Swollen conders may be functional, and intact (in appearance), may not be operational.

That is, before the repair, at least somehow it worked, but after it didn’t?
When repairing, I try to change all the conduits, it’s not much more time and money, but then there will be fewer problems

Swollen capacitors died not just now, but most likely a couple of years ago, so the reason is in other capacitors that died but swelled.
