If I buy an external orico sound card + a headset without a built-in sound card, will it make any noise?

I answer the question from the title: for 5 years I used a PC without grounding and with a built-in ZK, and from an external one - there were noises only if the ZK was not compatible with the PC (crack with a frequency of 1-2 Hz).
