The meteor command does not work on PowerShell. How to fix it?

I decided to switch from Linux to Windows, and here it is. If you start PowerShell through the start, then it seems to work :< but this greatly interferes with working calmly (((

You do not have it in the paths ( $env:PATH )
or, if it is in the current directory, run it as in Linux, via ./meteor
