After installing the launcher from GameNet, the Internet speed when downloading does not rise above 1.1 Mb / s. It doesn't matter where you download it. Be it bittorrent, steam or browser.
After uninstalling the launcher, I noticed that a process called Thron.exe, which belongs to GN, was hanging in the manager. It did not work to kill him and I had to resort to more drastic measures and kill him through the command line.
But I was wrong in thinking that he was the culprit for my slow speed.
And I have no more ideas.

the problem of Thron.exe soaps the eyes of all gamers .. the Internet is full of guides on how to remove it.
It also does not affect the network speed in any way.
