How does a distributed system like Bitcoin work? As I understand it, all information about transactions is stored by all users who have downloaded a special application. But how does it reach them, provided that many have a gray ip (that is, they are behind NAT), therefore, there must be some servers with a white ip that will send this information like this? If not correct please correct.

And how do people with a gray ip receive messages in a cart, or any other information? Answer: they themselves can establish a connection.
