The load on the processor is 40% - 60% while nothing is open, but if you turn off the Internet / open the task manager, the load drops, what should I do?
My system: Windows 10 pro 20H2
When you open: process hacker 2, process explorer, the load also drops . I look at the load
through: Rainmeter (widgets) and through Nitrosence (software for acer nitro laptops)
I think I outlined the essence of the issue.
