The link in the explorer immediately disappears, how to fix it?

Strange nonsense, you copy a link to a resource on the network, paste it into the address bar of the explorer and it disappears in a second and "my computer" appears. I checked for viruses, they are not there, reboot does not help, where to dig further?

Why actually insert links into the explorer also into the address bar? This is normal behavior if you click somewhere other than the address bar after pasting. Or by explorer did you mean internet explorer?
