The latest, user-friendly and best css framework for 2016?
Hello. Looking for a css framework for a new project. As far as I understand, with the advent of flexbox, bootstrap 3 is a bit out of date? What is the best css framework right now? Fast, clear, convenient. What do you use, what do you recommend?
Of the requirements:
- a very convenient and non-slow mobile menu for the site (Foundation 6, for example, slows down);
- lightness.

Asked the same question after having worked with a bootstrap, which is godlessly outdated.
Wikit . It fits in every way. There is a minimum of code and all the necessary plugins. Moreover, all this is connected in the form of modules, which facilitates the weight of the page. And it looks universal.
So far, Bootstrap 3 suits me in everything. Therefore, I do not look towards other frameworks.
Good health to everyone) I don’t want to create a separate topic - please evaluate Toast Grid as a css framer, especially in comparison with bootstrap3(4) and Uikit
