The laptop turns off after 5-10 seconds after the start, what should I do?
In general, the problem is the following.
I turn on the laptop today (Sony Vaio)
The indicators light up, the coolers buzz but the screen does not show anything and after 5-10 seconds it just turns off instantly.
I took it apart, cleaned it, reset the bios by shorting the contacts just in case.
As a result, I turn it on and get the same thing.
Then he pulled out the HDD RAM, etc. And he began to launch gradually adding components.
As a result, I figured out that if you run a laptop without RAM, then it no longer turns off, but the picture is also not shown. I tried to insert 100% working other RAM, as a result, the laptop turned off again.
Now I'm confused, don't know what to blame.
Who faced and knows how to solve this problem?

Drag it to the repair, they will tell you faster than guessing people by tea leaves.
Anything can be there - from a dead battery / dead battery controller to a dead mother.
The fact that it does not turn off with the memory removed is not an indicator at all for anything. It's just that the machine, in principle, does not boot without memory until the moment when your problem chip is turned on, the presence of memory is checked almost immediately after power is applied, if you look at the POST card.
