Hello, something happened to my laptop, it freezes and at the same time a black screen gets up, either black or cut down. Reinstalling Windows gave a blue screen, swears at ati********.sys (I marked with asterisks what I forgot). Sometimes the screen hangs and cuts down and during the reinstallation, the last time it turned out to be installed only on the 3rd attempt. But the blue screen didn't go away

UPD You can not specifically download memtest separately, it is on almost any installation disk with Linux in the installer menu. It's called: Test memory or Memory test or something similar.
