The laptop does not turn off, what could be the problem?

The laptop is already four years old, I didn’t know grief, I used manjaro and windows 10 for toys. Recently, I don’t know exactly when, because. used sleep / hibernation, stopped turning off the laptop from under linux. More precisely, the power does not turn off, all processes are completed correctly and even the hard drive stops spinning, but the monitor, coolers and other indicators continue to work.

Windows works correctly (who would doubt it), I complain about it, maybe I wrote some shit in the BIOS, xs.

In general, rolled back to the kernel 4.14.
Tested kernels 4.19, 5.4, 5.6, 5.7, power off does not work on them =(
